Position :- Officer/Senior Officer/Executive
Qualifications :- B.E ( Chemical), B.Sc (Chemistry)/M.Sc
Experience :- 2 - 6 years
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have exposure of Solvent Handling &Hazardous Chemical Handling.
- To perform and control the manufacturing activities as per GMP.
- To maintain batch manufacturing records for the batch manufactured and check all stages are filled as per GMP & GDP.
- To co-ordinate with engineering & maintenance department for breakdown & preventive maintenance jobs as per good engineering practice.
- To co-ordinate for the raw materials from stores.
- To monitor safe work environment.
- To monitor and maintain good housekeeping in respective areas.
- To perform other responsibility as assigned by production head.
- To allocate manpower during the shift and responsible for production operation in the shift.
- To perform and achieve departmental objectives.
- To monitor the utility operation in the plant and report any abnormality to the concerned department.
- Handle process equipment reactors, glass lined reactors, sparkler filter, nautch filter, centrifuges(ss &hast alloy), filter press, vacuum tray dryer, rotary vacuum dryer, fluid bed dryer, Multimill , Jet mill , Sifter.
- To monitor utility like air, nitrogen, steam, hot water pump, cooling, chilling, brine (-20c&50c).
