Experience :- 2 To 4 Years
Job Responsibility :-
1. To prepare BPRS, SOPs and various production related documents.
2. To co-ordinate with QA for document requisition & submission.
3. To provide trainings to subordinates and to maintain training records.
4. Preparation of daily production report
5. To ensure online closure of CAPA, Change Control and Deviations.
6. To ensure availability of documents for shop floor.
7. To prepare equipment qualification documents (QMS).
8. To ensure availability of documents for various audits.
9. Ensure the production activity as per the GMP and
10. Utilizing the available sources for maximizing the production.
11. Maintaining good housekeeping and safety practices at work place.
12. Gone through the Different Customer and Regulatory Audits.
13. Timely reporting of all the process deviations and maintenance jobs to Superiors.
14. To carry production on shop floor to achieve day to day production targets with following all cGMP and safety norms.
