Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out on-line documentation of production activities in batch manufacturing records and logbooks.
• Perform calibration and daily verification of weighing balances as per schedule.
• Ensure operation and cleaning procedures of machines and areas adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Obtain line clearance from quality assurance before starting operations as needed.
• Allocate work to operators and workmen according to the production plan.
• Ensure temperature and humidity of processing areas remain within limits specified in the Batch Manufacturing Record.
• Conduct in-process checks at various intermediate stages of batch manufacturing and filling.
• Initiate online rejection, deviation, incident, and change control procedures.
• Ensure products are produced and stored according to standard operating procedures and maintain required quality standards.
• Handle the process of validation batches.
• Maintain the area for different regulatory audits.
• Follow all labeling procedures for areas, equipment, and products.
• Responsible for the receipt of dispensed raw materials from manufacturing.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department for product release.
• Ensure product yield after each stage aligns with the batch manufacturing record.
• Report any abnormalities observed during a shift immediately to the Production Manager.
